This position is accountable for providing HR support to the SAP implementation. This includes working with HR resources regionally and globally to facilitate the successful delivery of HR processes. Partners with SAP Change Readiness Manager and Project Team to support and facilitate recruitment needs, manage recruitment strategies, support change readiness efforts, foster communications with stakeholders, and support HR activities related to performance appraisal, management development, training, and day-to-day employee relations for project team members.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Partners with project team to support change readiness plans and measures
2. Manages the delivery of HR processes for compensation, relocation, and repatriation of project team
3. Coaches supervisors and mangers in employee performance management
4. Interviews and assists in the selection of qualified candidates to fill vacancies
5. Assists human resources management to develop, implement, maintain and communicate human resource activities related to performance appraisal, management development, on-boarding, and training
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or other relevant degree desired
2. 5+ years of HR generalist experience
3. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel
4. Ability to persuade and influence decision makers
5. Strong organization and project management skills
6. Strong communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
7. Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results
8. Broad understanding of Human Resources including staffing, compensation, employee relations, organizational development, training, performance management, and labor relations
PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Experience supporting an SAP implementation or IT department/function
