The Change Management Program Intern will select a change management strategy and model(s) that best align to the organizational culture and needs based on research of best practices and create a deployment strategy for rolling out the change management methodology to the organization, including all the associated materials.

• Research change management strategies and models
• Hold focus groups and individual meetings to gauge the business culture and change management needs
• Investigate best practices in industry for change management
• Develop a framework for deploying a change management approach
• Develop materials for deployment
• Present to senior leadership decisions and plans
• Facilitate initiation of rollout of the change management plan for ProQuest

• Currently enrolled in a human resources related 4-year degree program 
• 3+ years education (or junior status) completed in a human resources related degree program
• Current cumulative Grade Point Average of 3.0 or above
