Provide business and technical leadership, advice and services to support staff/clients. Demonstrate a high-level of problem solving skills to identify issues and take corrective action steps to resolve them, as well as advanced knowledge of the services/products T-Mobile provides to internal staff/external clients. Contributed to T-Mobile revenue by providing "top" accessory sales and "top" VOC scores. Work extensively on the telephone and with clients in person, thereby assisting in the management of relationships with our clients.
