TAHRA - Credit Card Policy

TAHRA is the membership organization affiliated with our "toledoshrm.org" website that provides hr-related benefits to members. TAHRA accepts credit card payments online for membership meetings and membership renewals as well as for some TAHRA -related sponsorships and merchandise. Since memberships (upon approval) provide immediate access to our members-only website and all its benefits, and such access cannot be "returned," TAHRA memberships are not refundable transactions. Nonetheless, requests for refunds are reviewed individually. If refunds are issued, they may be subject to an administrative fee. If any member's secret site access password is used by unauthorized third parties, TAHRA reserves the right to terminate the membership without refund. No member is authorized to "lend" secret site access information to anyone other than his/her spouse or partner, for any reason.

If ordered TAHRA-related merchandise fails to arrive within six weeks of being ordered, arrives defective, or proves defective within 30 days of shipping, it will be replaced free or refunded at TAHRA's option when returned to us (if applicable); advance authorization is required for all returns. Phone 419-698-7326 daytimes 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST for authorization. Absolutely all claims for merchandise returns must be made within 60 days after the date of the original order. Clothing orders are filled for size only, not for color, since the availability of specific colors varies.
